                                                "The Pharaoh and the Slave"

- In today's reading from the First Letter from St. Peter we learned: And "you believe in Him, so you rejoice with a great and glorious joy (...), because you are receiving the salvation of your souls, which is the purpose of your faith in Him" ...

- During yesterday's television coverage of the Pilgrimage to Czechoslovakia of Our Pope, His Holiness John Paul II, we watched crowds: we saw nuns, simple people, and others ...,

- They had their eyes fixed on the Pope as if he were God. - Is this not an exaggeration?... The Lord - God: Of Heaven, Earth and Man creates his variants "on the Earth" ...

- Sometimes - (and you can see crowds on television) - when man 1oses all hope and purpose – he can act like a peasant – the slave in Bolesław Prus's "The Pharaon". - For when after many years of hard work he had - almost - finished digging the irrigation canal - for which he was to be "freed", the soldiers filled up the ditch, on Ramses's order - to be able to move on - and he hanged himself ....

- The minister is the first slave; he excercises the will of God

- Híg needs and orders. These needs and orders won the Earth" of the Church, they are in the millions ....

- For the Church is "naturally" destined to give voice to the Good News: to the poor in spirit, to the needy, and to the small and the ill .

- And these millions, these quantities?

- They are simply manifestations - do they exist objectively? - the magnitude of the intellectual abilities of the Lord, His intellectual potential, expressed in the magnitude of people, the interspersed achievements of Science and Art ...

- In philosophy there is the concept of untravergability of one's "own" "Ego".

- It is probably out of ignorance, out of a lack of imagination that there were stakes with "witches", religious wars and massacres (e.g. "the Night of the Huguenots") and events of "our" century.

- Out of ignorance, out of a lack of understanding - but this is what the Lord wanted ...

A nun - she is not a cardinal ...

- But after all, no man is the "Alpha and Omega" ...

- And the multiplicity of variants in the Lord is enormous ...

- Well, He is God ...

- Therefore, when drawing from the Polish National Culture we must be tolerant, we must not kill only because somebody else is different, because his doings are against our beliefs, or because they are moulded from a different clay ...

- Perhaps all the earthly variants have been given by God and they are in God -

- in Reason and Awareness ...

- And there are many of them - God is God ...

- Charles Darwin was quoted as saying: "Our God was not a lazy god"

- If "earthly reality” is rooted in Reason and Awareness, then God has the right to take life, e.g. in concentration camps - after all they are only creatures, products of the intellect, as if they are "images with inflexibility” ...

in the Ego - in Him.

- But what shall we do with suffering …
